- Internet Explorer 11 and Edge are our "Recommended and Fully Supported" browsers for all clients.
- Microsoft Office 365 is our "Recommended and Fully Supported" Office Suite for all clients.
We Use All Our Recommended Software
We put software into three categories, "Recommended and Fully Supported", "Supported" and "Not Supported". If you want your network and workstations to have the greatest level of stability (and who does not) we strongly suggest that you use only those products that are "Recommended and Fully Supported". Software that is "Supported" works, but either not as well as a "Recommended and Fully Supported" product or it is known to cause some minor problems or we just have limited experience with it. If you choose to run software that is "Not Supported" you will very likely run into problems.
If you have a question regarding our policy for a specific software (we can't list them all), please don't hesitate to ask.
In order use of our 100% Guarantee clients may only run software that is "Recommended and Fully Supported". In addition you also need to meet our current "Minimum Hardware Requirements" to be eligible for the 100% Guarantee.
"Fixed Rate" clients enrolled in our "Maintenance Program" are not permitted to run any programs in the "Not Supported" category. Clients that run any of these unsupported programs will be billed on an hourly rate basis.
