Our Maintenance Program is the premium level of service that we recommend to all clients. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with the most reliable network possible. We feel the best way to do this is to keep everything up to date with scheduled visits, daily upgrades and monitoring service via the internet. We want to fix things before they break!

Depending on the size of your network we will recommend the number of hours we need to spend each week in order to maintain your system. In addition to the weekly scheduled visits you will receive our best hourly billing rates. You have the option of choosing an "On-Call" service plan or a "Fixed Rate" service plan for these scheduled visits.

ON-CALL PLAN

  • On-Call Service is for clients that feel that they don't need our services on an on going basis.
  • The rate for the On-Call Service is $145 per visit and $145 for each additional hour of service.
  • After fixing your specific problem, we will make recommendations on what is needed to bring you system up to date. We will strongly recommend that you update your computer as quickly as possible. We also will advise you to update or change the software you are using to our "Recommended Software." This software should help to make your PC run more reliably.
  • By choosing the On-Call Service, you are declining to accept our recommended Maintenance Program. We can service your needs only after we service the needs of our Maintenance Program customers. Usually service can be arranged and completed within a couple of days.

FIXED RATE PLAN

  • Fixed Rate Service includes all the advantages of our Maintenance Program for a fixed monthly fee. Fixed Rate Service has been especially useful to clients that need to budget their IT expenses for the entire year.
  • The fee is based on the number of computers on your network.
  • We only offer this service to clients running new or recently updated equipment.
  • While no one can guarantee that your network will run smoothly 100% of the time, choosing our Maintenance Program means that we will take every precaution to prevent any major problems from occurring to your network.
  • If you select our Maintenance Program for support you will become a priority client which means that you can call us whenever you have a problem with the assurance that we will respond A.S.A.P.

If you choose to only run our "Recommended Software", you will receive our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our service you may choose to pay only what you feel our service was worth.
