Tip 21: What to do if you receive an email from Microsoft asking you to run a Internet Explorer patch.

Delete It!
Microsoft will never send e-mailed Windows updates.  Messages like these can contain harmful viruses.  Remember never open any email attachments that you don’t already know what they are.

Here are a couple of examples of bogus items with the file executable attachments.

Tip 22: Switching Applications

Have you ever been in one application and wanted to switch over to an already opened program? This is how you do it! Notice: This only works if 2 or more applications are currently open.  To switch simply hold down the Alt and Tab keys. Then scroll through the selections by pressing Tab. This will allow you to switch from program to program.
