Tip 13:
How to lock your screen in
Windows 2000 or XP
Tip 14: Share
your calendar in Outlook
Did you know you can
share your calendar so others in your office can view your schedule? To set
this up, right-click on your Calendar and choose Properties. Click on the
Permissions tab and add the users or groups you wish to grant access to. Then,
in the Permissions section, choose the level of access you wish to grant. This
will control whether others are permitted to merely view events in your
calendar, add events of their own, etc. To open someone else's calendar, click
on the File menu, then Open -> Other User's Folder. Enter the username and
choose Calendar as the type.
