Welcome to the First Edition of DKC Tech Tips

Tip 1:  Help Desk Support
If you need help with your computer, whether you are having trouble formatting a Word document or even if your PC won't start up, call the DKC Help Desk. Just call our main number, 415-869-1300, from 9 to 5, and ask for the Help Desk. In addition you can email helpdesk@danknox.com with your contact information and a description of the problem, and someone will contact you.

Tip 2:  How to Request a Delivery Receipt for an Email Message.
In Outlook you have the ability to request a delivery receipt. Just like registered mail at the post office, a delivery receipt in Outlook confirms when your email message arrived. To request a delivery receipt, click on the Options button in a new email message, and check the box next to "Request a delivery receipt." Send your message as usual, and when it arrives at its destination you will be automatically notified by email.
