Tip 11: What to do when you think you have a virus
If you think you have a virus, unplug your network cable if you work in an office with a network, or shut it down. This can help stop the virus from spreading to other computers. Next, contact the helpdesk at 415-869-1300 or email helpdesk@danknox.com. Signs that you might have a virus include: your hard drive unexpectedly running out of space, unusual files appearing, or complaints from your friends that you sent them a virus.

Tip 12: Schedule recurring events in Outlook calendar
One of the great features of Outlook is that you can schedule events to repeat. If an event lasts more than one day, or recurs every year, you can make it appear in Outlook correctly. In Outlook, click on the File menu, then on New, and choose Appointment. In the new appointment, click on the Recurrence button to specify the pattern you want.
