Second Level Service
This is our service level for clients that think they need help only once in
a while. This service level is not recommended for clients that
need their computers for mission critical applications. We can not
guarantee that your network or computer will remain stable with this level of
service.

The
rate for the On-Call Service is $125 per visit and $125 for each additional hour of
service.

After fixing your specific problem, we will make
recommendations on what is needed to bring you system up to date. We
will strongly recommend that you update your computer as quickly as possible.
We also will advise you to update or change the software you are using to
our recommended software. This software
should help to make your PC run more reliably.

By
choosing the On-Call Service, you are declining to accept our recommended
maintenance service. We can service
your needs only after we service the needs of our Maintenance Service
Customers. Usually service can be
arranged and completed within a couple of days.
