If you encounter the following error when accessing your FTP
Site, please follow the steps listed below:

Close all Internet Explorer Browser Windows

Open Internet Explorer
4. Go
to Tools and scroll down to Internet Options

Click on the Advanced Tab
- Scroll down to Browsing section and
uncheck “Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem
compatibility)” box
- Click on OK button at bottom of
Internet Options box

Close Internet Explorer and then open Internet Explorer for
changes to take effect.
